I am divorced and my ex converted from a Catholic to JW. How do I explain the differences in the religion to my children who are 12 & 4 at their level of understanding?
I guess you really need good information. I would suggest that you get a copy of Beginning Apologetics # 2 from San Juan Catholic Seminars here: catholicapologetics.com/I am divorced and my ex converted from a Catholic to JW. Umm, I have a sneak suspicion that the originate of this post is the mom and that her HUSBAND is now a JW.You tell them that their mom’s religion is a cult full of extremely gullible whack-jobs with no ability to apply basic reasoning skills to their knowledge of religion and faith…
Maybe not in so many words, but IMO, I would not validate her religion, as it is false.

With kids that age it shouldn’t be too hard to compete with the JW’s. Just ask your kids if they would like no Christmas, Halloween or birthdays.I am divorced and my ex converted from a Catholic to JW.
