if you criticize the entire K of C organization because of the words and actions of some of its members, you might as well also criticize the entire Church for the words and actions of some of its members. Even if one chapter in CA is endorsing candidates who are K of C members, inspite of their pro-abort actions, that still does not reflect on the nationwide organization. Here K of C is a bulwark of the pro-life movement, and for a long time, in the absence of a strong diocesan stance and initiative, virtually the only organized pro-life activity.

These Men They Call Knights
[/QUOTE]
"]Membership in the Knights of Columbus is open to any practical Catholic man in union with the Holy See who is not less than 18 years of age on his last birthday. A practical Catholic is one who lives up to the Commandments of God and the Precepts of the Church.

If the Catholic Church does not excommunicate these and similar gentlemen, why should the Knights? 🤷

Like any corporation, the order can remain “one of the world’s strongest proponents of the sanctity of human life from conception until natural death” (ibid), even if individual members do not share so strongly in that view.
