“Keep Christ in Christmas” has been a K of C message for at least 50 years or more.

Seems like it is needed NOW more than ever.

Read a 2005 New York Times article that said many “Mega-Churches” cancel Sunday services when Christmas falls on a Sunday. And it seems that when Christmas falls on a weekday, there are no services on Christmas Day in many other non-Catholic Churches.

Why is that??? How important is THE coming of Jesus Christ, the Living Son of God to Christains other than Catholics?

There does seem to be points of rally in the USA. IMHO most people here really don’t want to disturb their comfortability, until they become outraged. Basically what were are seeing with Abortion, and then it pours over into Gay Marriage the Holiday Season etc.

The USA is very diverse until they begin to think as one, then all bets are off. How quickly the petty issues are placed aside here when push comes to shove. Rightfully so, hey if you don’t stand up, then you surely will lose the battle.

Peace

Just a thought here, if atheists don’t believe in God I find it curious that they start squirm, stomp their feet, puff up with self-diluted logic whenever a sign or nativity scene is present that reminds them and everyone else about God, His Son, and Salvation. It drives them nuts, seems to me that if they truly believed that there was no God they would have nothing to fear and just blow these things off.

What do you call an atheist that has fallen off a cliff……instant Christian! 🙂
