Kind and Number

This has something to do with the number I suppose: I’ve confessed some sins that were somewhat doubtful but that I wanted to, again, get off my chest so that I could be at peace. I never did state that they were doubtful, I just confessed the sin because I had a stronger feeling that I had done them than not doing them. Is that lying but not saying they are doubtful?
