I greet you all in the Name of our Savior Jesus Christ! God is good all the time and that’s his nature of work!
I come back again to kindly request for your prayers for my mother and brother’s relationship. I tried talking to my mother about my brother the other day, and her answer was “it is none of her business”. We lost our father when we were little children, we could barely understand life. Our mother raised us single-handedly, took us through school because she wanted us to be well-off in life and be proud of her children. I don’t know when how, but my brother joined a group of guys he calls friends, they taught him how to smoke weed and drink alcohol. He never wants us to even meet any of these guys he calls friends meaning he also knows they are a bad influence on him and he knows we won’t keep quiet but comment about his gang of nad friends. In August 2018, he had an accident that left him with a broken hand. His hand broke into two (compound fracture). The doctor checked him and found alcohol in his system but the doctor gave him a numb injection which didn’t work. He had to wait for the alcohol to wear off for full numbness. He had an operation but it was me and my mother that took care of him throughout his time at the hospital. In November of that same year, he had a relapse with his hand and he had a second Operation but still, none of his gang " friends" he smoked weed with came to see him, it was me and my mother who cared for him during the second operation till his full recovery. None of us nowhere he stays we just know the name of the town of where he stays. I sincerely admire families that have relationships and bonds, siblings who are there for each other and connect with their parents. My brother gets pissed at us when we try to correct him or advise him. I admire siblings who care for their parents, listen and always there for each other. I and my brother talk but have no stronger bond or relationship like other families, he never listens or takes my advice at all he simply says I don’t wish him well yet I 100% care about him, I wish the best for him because he is my only sibling. When it comes to him and my mother, they have no relationship at all, they don’t even talk. Today is my 26th day of the 54day rosary novena in petition and some of the things I am praying for is a relationship and bond amongst the three of us, a house and a home for my mother, a scholarship, a husband. Sometimes I just sit in the dark and wonder if God hears my prayers or if there is something blocking my prayers from reaching God.
Please I beg each and everyone who sees this to kindly say a prayer for me and my family for Jesus to have mercy in our lives and mother Mary Queen of the rosary to interval.
