the Solita Oscula (Customary Kisses) are a laudable custom and as a server I normally assume that the kisses are to used if not otherwise informed. A large proportion of the clergy (at least those I have served for) do not have the oscula at the Low Mass but will have them at the High Masses. The Priest has a variety of oscula he does himself to the altar, paten etc.
This though is not the custom at requiems, there are no kisses at all in the Requiem Mass (excluding a small number such as of the paten)
This is also the case at Masses in the presence of a Greater Prelate (the Prelate would have his Ring kissed if anything is passed to him) and Masses celebrated in the Presence of The Blessed Sacrament Exposed.
