This news has taken too long to reach public attention. Maybe Tiller will finally get his due.
Wichita, KS – Kansas Attorney General Phill Kline told news talk show host Bill O’Reilly that the medical records that were produced by two Kansas abortion clinics all indicate that later-term abortions were done for reasons other than exceptions found in Kansas law.
K.S.A. 65-6703 states that there are only two exceptions to the Kansas ban on post-viability abortion. “(1) The abortion is necessary to preserve the life of the pregnant woman; or (2) a continuation of the pregnancy will cause a substantial and irreversible impairment of a major bodily function of the pregnant woman.”
Kline indicated that none of the abortions in the 90 medical records currently under review by his office were done for the two exceptions listed in the statue.

I was SO happy to see this on the Factor last night!

There are many times I disagree with O’Reilly, but at least he’s pursuing the facts and getting the word out there.

I just finished the BEST book ever on the Culture of Death, called The Party of Death, by Ramesh Ponnuru. He has done so much research, and this book will truly shed light on what’s going on in this country, especially when it comes to the media and the double-speak our politicians are engaging in.

The way Roe v. Wade is worded, it allows for any late-term abortion (most folks believe that it only allows for abortion in the first trimester), and makes it near impossible to prosecute, as we’ll see in Kansas (although I’m holding out hope that this instance will contribute to a change in thinking in this country). The nebulous verbiage allows any doctor to perform one, and protects him from prosecution under the guise of patient-doctor confidentiality.

Abortion Clinics have been afforded more protection in this country than any other institution on the face of the earth…it is actually illegal in many states for us to stand outside a clinic and just pray. Why is their freedom allowed to trump mine?

Hilaire Belloc said it best: “The same force that ignores human dignity also ignores human suffering.” The cases that Kline spoke of certainly prove this point.

Bill Orelley Also exposed Planned Parenthood covering up statutory rape. Life Dynamics did an undercover investigation where a girl who sounded very young called all these “clinics” to make an abortion appointment. She said her boyfriend was 22 and she was 13. Now, that is considered STATUTORY rape, but the phone calls that were recorded had the person from the “clinics” saying they won’t REPORT IT. That’s a violation of state law.

The pro-abortion side tells us abortions are performed to protect the mother’s health, or because of rape and incest, and on and on. It ain’t true – as this shows.

I watched the Part one about 10-15 year olds and covering up rape.

How does a 10 year old become pregnant? They shouldn’t even be entering puberty yet. 😦

the same way a 30y/o does;) …also have you not noticed that girls as young as 9 have entered puberty…the age that girls enter puberty has been dropping over the years…could have something to do with the food, diets etc.

Or it could be the artificial hormones from birth control pills somehow getting into the water supply.

I just hope Phil Kline gets reelected. We need him to protect those young girls.

It should be against the law for a “doctor” to do that sort of dangerous surgery on such a young child!
