Knee Surgery Hospital Bill

My husband had a knee surgery and we picked an in network hospital and doctor … turns out the hospital never got a pre-authorization for the surgery and the $53,000 bill was turned down … they are trying to appeal it, but we signed papers that if they were not paid by the hospital, we would pay. This is clearly their fault, and just praying that they don’t come after us for the bill … we do not have the resources to pay that kind of bill. Just asking for prayers that all goes well. Lord please send angels to negotiate this matter for a just outcome for Katherine and her husband

Well the prayers are already working … the hospital did tell me today that if the bill isn’t payed because they did not pre-authorize the surgery that we won’t be on the hook for it … so far I only have someone’s word on that … but he pretty much swore that he was telling me the truth.
