Knowing if it is from God

Anyone have advice on knowing when God is speaking to us? This is something I want to be able to do way better.

I know that he can speak to us in different ways. Through the bible, through someone, sometimes in prayer. But how can I be 100% sure it is God speaking to me and not say, the enemy?

I also happen to dream almost every night and honestly, I wonder if God ever speaks to me through my dreams.

I am certainly no expert on this. I have had a series of visions, all of which came true. Couple are not finished yet. Never heard a spoken word, but I definitely did receive what I might term maybe a download into my being from Him one day. Only happened once. The word was–humble. He was right, as usual, I was cocky and self-involved.
