What is Canon Law regarding non practicing Catholic relatives of the deceased doing readings, bringing the gifts etc at a Funeral Mass?
 
If they are not in an open state of heresy, apostasy, or schism, they may assist at the Mass. However, it is up to them whether to receive the Eucharist or not. They will incur mortal sin if they receive.
