the 28th secret given to Melanie is that “Rome will lose the faith and become to seat of the antichrist”
I assume this to mean that the people of rome will abandon the faith (much like we see in Europe as a whole)
I don’t think it could be interpreted as “the Vatican” however. Rome is not just the Vatican.
What say you? Has anyone read anything about this?
It could be used as an anti-Catholic jab.

I think only some of the La Salette apparitions and/or messages have been approved … besides which, depending on one’s views of Mussolini, dictator of Italy during WWII, it’s possibly already happened. Didn’t say anything about being a permanent seat, did it 😃
