A week ago I was like HA they won’t stop saying Mass or hearing confessions here.
I went to confession before Mass today and before Mass the priest says (in much more loving, polite terms than these), “better go to confession after Mass, this is the last chance for two weeks.”
If you need to go to confession, you better go, because Bishops all over the US are cancelling Masses and Confession times left and right. And you better start mortifying yourself. I say this as an unmortified person who is terrified about the lack of confession times.
I’m in Indiana, btw.
