Latin Catholic Books, CDs, Videos that are good for Eastern Catholics?

Hello,
I have a question. When it comes to the books, CD, DVD, etc from the New Evangelization, which topics which are popular for Latin Catholics should be stayed away from regarding Eastern Catholics (if any)?

For example, I work for Lighthouse Catholic Media part time and one of my parishes hosts the local liturgy for the local Syro Malabar - Knanaya Catholic community.

What materials would Syro Malabar (and other Eastern Rites) Catholics find beneficial and what topics would they feel are an attempt to Latinize them?

Syro Malabar and Knanaya Catholics are very familiar with Latin Tradition and Catechism. Alot of us in the United States even interchangeably go to Latin Holy Mass and Syro Malabar Holy Qurbana when time can be strained on Sunday due to work and other obstacles. I can assure that nothing could really offend us unless the text or catechismal source outright disrespected the East Syriac Rite, the Syro Malabar Church, or The Knanaya Community.

As an employee of Lighthouse, can you suggest that they interview some reputable Eastern sources like Fr. Abbot Nicholas of Holy Resurrection, Fr. Thomas Loya, Jack Figel, Deacon Sabbatino Carnazzo, Bishop Nicholas Samra, and more? Instead of staying away from any topic, it would be even better to get one or more Eastern perspectives on these subjects of our Sacred Tradition!
