I already have an English four-set Liturgy of the Hours, but I am looking for one in Latin. The places I’ve looked so far have been super over-priced. Is there one that is less that $300 out there?

It’s out of print from the Vatican publisher. The only current source is Midwest Theological Forum – very expensive. You can occassionally find used copies. Try www.abebooks.com.
 
Not sure from your post whether you are looking because you want the book, or want the book because you want to say the prayers. There are websites like Divinum Officium which have the prayers in both Latin/English in a user friendly format if you are looking to say the office.

I want the book so that I can pray the Office in Latin (Novus Ordo)
