No; greek was the norm for the church of Rome itself until the third to fourth century transition to the vernacular . . .However everyone assumes it wouldn’t have been said in Latin until way after. That’s probably false.
Indeed-- celebrated in the language spoken locally!Mass was probably being said in Latin in areas by the end of the first century, possibly even during the apostolic age by apostolic fathers who converted to the faith from Latin speaking areas further west where Greek wasn’t as widespread spoken but Latin was.
