Latin Translation please

Could somebody please translate what St. John Chrysostom is saying here?:

It’s at the bottom. It says Homily on 24 John which would be here: newadvent.org/fathers/240124.htm but I can’t find the passage.

“Nam quod pernecessaria sit aqua, vel inde perspicuum est, quod, cum ante aquam apiritus inspirasset, in hoc tamen non quievit Apostolus, sed ad aquae necessitatem ostendendam ait: Numquid aquam quis prohibere potest, ut non baptizentur hi, qui spiritum sanctum acceperunt, sicut et nos? Quaenam ergo aquae necessitas? Jam absconditum vobis mysterium aperiam…”

That the need of water is absolute and indispensable, you may learn in this way. On one occasion, when the Spirit had flown down before the water was applied, the Apostle did not stay at this point, but, as though the water were necessary and not superfluous, observe what he says; “Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we?” ( Acts x. 47 .)

What then is the use of the water? This too I will tell you hereafter, when I reveal to you the hidden mystery.
