Latin wearing a Maronite cross

This isn’t so much a “right or wrong” question, but would it be offensive to the Maronite tradition for a Latin Rite Catholic to discretely (under clothing) wear a Maronite Cross on a chain? The motivation comes from someone attracted to Maronite spirituality and who occasionally attends a Maronite Qurbono.

I don’t know what a Maronite Cross looks like, can you post a picture?
 
I don’t think so. What’s pictured in that link is a three-barred Antiochene Cross, sometimes known as a Patriarchal Cross. In the years mainly between the late 1960s and '80s, it was popular in revisionist circles to call it a “Maronite” Cross (and that idea endures among certain of those revisionists), but that fallacy has largely been debunked. What’s called a “Maronite Cross” these days is usually a variation of a Rabbula Cross.
