I’ve never heard the Luminous Mysteries associated with Bl. Bartolo Longo before (usually their origin is attributed to St. George Preca). I can’t seem to find any specific info on his connection to them. Does anyone have any more information?

In the link above it mentions that Bl. Bart. is the one who put the mysteries of light together.

Amen…I read somewhere that the blessed mother hates the evil one, I find it hard to think she hates anyone but I think it would be logical to hate what he does. So may he be squashed.

Sorry, I wasn’t very clear, I meant specific attribution–ie what writings are they found in and what were his exact words.

I have seen these details with regard to St. George Preca and I was interested in seeing how they compare with Bl. Bartolo (Bartolo’s presumably would predate his), if there was any connection, etc. I’m just generally interested in the history and origins of those mysteries.
