I think they did not cite any ‘legal experts’, just some partial commentators.
 
Anytime I see the word “experts” in a title like this, it is usually just partial commentators. “Experts warn, agree, are worried” etc is meaningless.

Literally no redefinition happened, at least according to the majority opinion quoted in the piece.

I think they’re legal experts, but I’m not sure anymore. 😃
 
The transgender supporters kept telling us that sex and gender were two different things, that gender is assigned, but sex isn’t. This, this is the height of ridiculous. I want to point out that the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits discrimination based on religion, are they actually going to enforce that aspect, now?
 
My parish has already changed from a Ladies Room and Mens Room to just one Restroom.
It’s a double stalled restroom with no urinals

My wife refuses to use it unless I stand guard outside.

The hall is rented out, so has to comply with the current law against discrimination against transgender people
 
The Supreme Court has been a joke for decades. All ideological - none of the rulings are based on the plain meaning of the law.

Try explaining why nearly every decision goes down party lines. Is there a rule of law or no? Or is it bend and twist until you achieve the desired outcome?

At least some of the Republican nominated judges go against the political leanings of their appointer every now and then.

What’s the point of this? It’s not like anything can be done about it. The law also appears to be primarily based on non-discrimination which is in the Catechism, I think it would be good to at least acknowledge that instead of ignoring it.

Men and wome as biological entities have been abolished. Biology and anatomy may show you are a man, but if you say you’re a woman, you’re a woman. And if you are biologically female, but say are a man, you are a man. The legislators of 1964 had no idea that their words would be so misconstrued.
 
Exactly so. The right to privacy is nowhere found in the U.S. Constitution. Some claim to discern it in some penumbras somewhere, an idea which would have mystified its aithors.
