In another thread I’ve read the following:
I mean, especially concerning the NT apocrypha it is often really hard to judge which are gnostic (like the Gospel according to St. Thomas) and which are legitimate (like the letters of St. Clement of Rome).
With the OT it’s easier, IMO. Could you even say that all OT apocrypha (I am not counting the deuterocanonical books of the CC as Apocrypha in this case!) are “legitimate”?
