I’m not want to look as a pious person, but i make littles (and not so little) mortifications the whole years around. Because of that i’m not sure if I can add much more mortifications than the ones that I already do. Is that a sin?

No. You are required to observe fast and abstinence according to the rules of the church, but other things are personal devotions and are not required under pain of sin.

Speak to your priest about your current mortifications, you should not be doing anything extraordinary without guidance from a spiritual director.

There is actually no requirement that you add mortifications to your life during Lent. The idea of Lent is to concentrate more on the spiritual than we normally do the rest of the year. The only requirements for Lent is to abstain from meat every Friday and to fast on Ash Wednesday and Good Friday.

It would be a good idea to talk with a priest, explain to him what you normally do during the year. Sometimes we can go overboard on mortification, and it’s good to get spiritual advice regarding that.

Just a thought that you could plan to do the Stations of the Cross at least once a week, maybe do extra spiritual reading, not watch as much TV. Lenten penance doesn’t have to be physically painful. Just to do whatever you can to draw closer to Christ.
