Have you heard of this movie? Do you know what it’s really about? I have some non Catholic/Christian friends that are super excited about it. I suspect a Catholic Church bashing with this.

Will probably watch so I know what they think they are talking about… Any insight would be appreciated…

I found a couple of reviews of it.
It appears a very Protestant film. The premise seems to be that the church has not, as Protestants have supposed, replaced the Jews as the chosen people…

Jews are always welcome to join the church, and many have done so and become fulfilled Jews, so I’m not sure what they’re trying to say.or what they expect the churches to do differently. Of course antisemitism is wrong, but we knew that.

This movie seems to have anti-catholocism written all over it. I’ll wait until it premieres on Netflix. “The Church” the “Founders” are all I needed to here. Before Luther Catholicism was “The Church” to the majority of the worlds opinion.

I just watched an interview with the filmmaker on Pat Robertson’s network CBN. In my opinion the filmmaker is very critical of the early church fathers and the tone used it sounds like there may be anti-Catholic material in the movie.
