Looks to me like she’s wearing a habit–typical Franciscan color and knotted cord.

She’s just not wearing a veil. So what? Neither do many Roman Catholic sisters.

This is the kind of usage that makes words like “liberalism,” and every other "….ism" to be meaningless.

And since this is from the 2009 Episcopal Church convention how does it pertain to the Catholic Church? The Episcopal Church has gone off the rails lately.
