The person you are asking about appears to be an author by the name of Clare du Bois ,who has written books and runs some channel or website called Still Small Voice where she claims to post messages she gets from Jesus. She also has a website called Heartdwellers dot org where she solicits donations that she claims to give to charity.
She is clearly not Catholic, claims that Jesus tells her things criticizing Caholicism, and writes about non-Catholic beliefs such as the Rapture. Her books also do not contain a Nihil Obstat, Imprimatur or anything suggesting Catholic endorsement.
I doubt the Church feels a need to say anything about this woman because no respectable Catholic with a brain working would pay any attention to her…she appears to be just another garden variety false prophet/ scam artist.
As a side note, true visionaries do not go posting their messages from Jesus on the Internet or on Youtube…they would discuss these things privately with a spiritual director. And they wouldn’t be soliciting online donations.
