I've posted several times about one of my friends who said that she'll use a condom to prevent STD's.
Well, I was talking to her, another ‘debate’ thing, and some other friends were brought in.

‘Oh, well I’m going to use a condom too. I mean, I don’t wanna get pregnant.’

I was ready to slap myself in the forehead.

I told my other friend about NFP, how it’s 99% accurate and all that. She thought about it and said she’s going to use that, and a condom. Then it’ll be 100%

Teens today know nothing of our faith! These girls I speak with are in a Catholic school! Sure, some of then arn’t Catholic, but that doesn’t mean they can’t know the truth.

We need more programs like ‘True Love Waits’. We need Jason Evert to show up more often and give his awsome talks. We’re falling into sin so fast!

Before 1930, no Protestant church allowed ABC. Now, all of them do. Only the Catholic church stayed firm.

I know sin looks appealing. Take a pill, use a condom, no kids to worry about, right? But, no kids to love either. No child to hold dear…

Oh, just get an abortion, it’s no big deal. It is a big deal! Women dive into drugs and drinking after an abortion. They suffer depression because they know what they did is wrong.

They believed the lies, even when there were pro-lifers out there talking truth.

We need more truth.

This is bizarre. Like getting married simply to have sex.

These people are not getting the point. Sex is reserved for marriage.

100% my backside! If condoms were 100% we wouldn’t have half the #s of abortions, STDs, etc. I guess at that age you think you know everything…

I wonder if your friends are really having sex already or if they are just trying to play with you because they know how passionate you are on this topic.

Hopefully they are just all talk at this point and that they will come around to the truth before it’s too late.

No, they may or may not be having sex, but I’m sure they believe what they say. I know that must be a tough stance to take, Pro-life teen, and puts sort of a mark on you. So please keep the faith. Remember to take courage to speak the truth, but also make sure you keep a relationship of love. Eventually if they think sex is ok, they will probably get hurt by it. So just be there for them.
