I know that the am entities for Latin rote priests are usually taken care of. Is the same true for eastern rite priests, who are not hieromonks. Like are they afforded a rectory and such?

It depends upon the resources of the parish. Our parish does not have a rectory and our priest provides his own housing. This is obviously not idea. We should be paying him some sort of housing allowance, but we don’t have the means for that right now.
