List of Tyndale's translation errors

Can anyone give me a link or source to find the errors in translation in the original Tyndale Bible? I’ve read quotes that St. Thomas More said there were more than 2000 in the New Testament alone.

Was he referring to the preface and commentaries that Tyndale made, or the actual translation?

Does anyone have a source for the preface and commentaries? Or at least a good place to start looking. The web searches I’ve found only give the Tyndale Bible, but without the preface and commentary. I read that they were removed after his death, was his translations changed at that time too.

Answering one of my own questions. The first is the link to the prologues the second is a link to the translations. They have different word choices throughout, which point to where errors might have been. This is Mario Valente’s free on-line version from the original Tyndale bible.
