Litany for the Holy Father

I was thinking that we should have a litany for the Holy Father.

The Holy Father needs our prayers and the prayers of the saints, so I was thinking that a Litany for the Holy Father would be good.

It would go like this:

St. Peter
Pray for your successor
St. Linus
Pray for your successor
St. Anacletus
Pray for your successor
St. Clement I
Pray for your successor
St. Evaristus
Pray for your successor
St. Alexander I
Pray for your successor
St. Sixtus I
Pray for your successor
St. Telesphorus
Pray for your successor
St. Hyginus
Pray for your successor
…

it would go on through all the Canonized and Beatified popes but I can’t figure out how it should start or end. I know we should mention the Father, Son, and The Holy Spirit, along with Mary the Mother of God. I’m not sure how it should go so I thought I’d ask for your help.
