Hi with my knowledge of my church many Syro Malabar Churches retain the curtain but it seems like it is optional now. Also now the Syro Malabar Church uses a mix of Versus Populam and and Ad Orientem. At my church I know that at the start of the Holy Qurbana our priest is Versus Populam. Than later after the gospel readings he turns and enters the sanctuary or the high altar. After he enters the sanctuary the rest of the Holy Qurbana is done in Ad Oreintem.

I know that the Armenian Orthodox keep it, but I’m not sure about the Armenian CC. The use of the sanctuary veil among the Maronites faded over the centuries, although there is renewed interest in some quarters in restoring it. (One can always hope.) BTW, it seems that the Syriac CC has also, by and large, sadly abandoned the sanctuary veil, although the Chaldeans have, officially at least, restored it.
😊:(😦

You have problems, now we latins have to life with a protestant-catholic hybrid mass, where the sacrifice is expressed as a meal.
