Hello.

Is it liturgically correct to use Marian hyms on Mother’s day and patriotic songs on National holidays (July 4)?

Marian Hymns are appropriate for mothers day. As for the 4th of July, patriotic songs are not allowed as part of the Holy Mass, but one may be sung as the concluding hymn (after the priest says “Mass has ended”). God bless America is probably the most common.
