I have a tenant renting in my basement. We share a kitchen and living room. She replied to an add in a church but it turns out she is not Christian after signing the lease. She is slowly taking over my house. She yells at me that I’m not a true Christian if I don’t let her have her way. She told me she is a satanist. I told her I want her to leave but she won’t. I can’t talk to her as she walks away. She leaves the house unsanitary and will only do things her way. What prayers will help me and her? Maybe God needs me to see Jesus in her and help her but I dread going home. Are there catholic prayers to keep me protected from her bad energy?

Don’t know about the ‘energy’ part .If I were in that situation I would terminate the agreement if I could.

Beside the bad energy piece it sounds as if she’s a very poor roommate and she’s borderline emotionally abusive. You may need to look at the tenant rights for your area to see what you can do to get her out of your home.

I don’t know where you are but you should start the process of getting her evicted with the proper authorities. I hope you can get the issue resolved with some outside help if she won’t leave.

Yes of course!

> Pray the prayer of St. Michael every day, and as many times a day as needed.

You can pray the Rosary out loud, and play recordings of it fairly constantly. You can also play audio scripture, which will definitely disrupt a satanist.

You can also bless any areas she has used with holy water daily. Do this while praying aloud.
  1. Look up the procedure in your county for a landlord to evict a tenant and get started.
  2. Find a landlord support group/resource near you and contact them for information on how to evict an unwanted tenant.
  3. Review the lease you used to make sure you are well acquainted with the contents. Once tenants sign, they have rights, but one of them is not to take over your home. However legally you will need to abide by your own contract.
  4. in the future if you decide to rent out space, you will need to be much more cautious, so when developing a lease, or altering the one you have, you will need to specifically address these issues.
  5. You should also develop an interview process so that you know your applicant better. Most people who rent will do a background check. It is well worth the expense.
I am sorry for your suffering, and can certainly empathize, but this is not a situation to minister to her. You can demonstrate Christian character, but she has gotten into your life under false pretenses and you need to get her out.

God bless you Upermishka .

Pray the Lord’s Prayer with particular trust in the words “deliver us from evil” .

As Greenfields says I would terminate the agreement as soon as possible .

And if you have any problems , as Cecilia_Dympna says , speak to a solicitor .

If things got out of hand at all I would call the police .

Of course so!!! As Cecilia advises:
Speak to a solictor if she won’t move out.
An attorney is the one and only way to get rid of her!
You ca’t expect God to do what you fail to do.
