Looking for a copy of The Publican's Prayer Book

I’m looking for a copy of The Publican’s Prayer Book, preferably 3rd edition, but Sophia Press has been out of stock all year. Does anyone know of a different place that sells them?

Forgive my ignorance, but is this a publican in the sense of an ancient Roman tax-collector or a publican in the sense of the proprietor of a British drinking establishment? I am guessing the former! Or neither? Jesus was of course famous for associating with tax-collectors, although I am not sure why that means that there would be a prayer book for publicans. On the other hand, I have seen that this prayer book is associated with Luke 21:34, which does actually mention “surfeiting and drunkenness”, so maybe it is to do with pub landlords after all.

Been waiting on that for quite sometime myself. It was already delayed prior to the Pandemic, but this year has really slowed everything down.
