Does any one know where I can find a PDF version of the Sacrosanctum Concilium? Is this still a valid church document? How should it be used in conjunction with the GIRM?

yes of course it is still in effect it is one of the major Vatican II documents
the GIRM is the specific instruction on the Roman Missal, the “how to” book, SC is the “why”
