Hello,

I’m considering an idea for this Halloween.

I would like to find some cards about the saints (business card size) with a picture on the front and biographical information on the back. I want to pass them out when kids come to the door along with the “treats”. My hope is to try to steer people to the truer meaning of Halloween which is the eve of All Saints Day not the secular dark side which most people observe today.

What I need is a source for these cards where I can by a large number in a variety/collection. So far all I can find are places that will sell sets of only one saint or another and they are expensive. Some want as much as $0.89 each!

Does anyone have any ideas as to where I can get these a little cheaper?

How about making your own? Very easy if your have software installed on your computer, or at least a Word Processor that will print business cards, index cards, etc.

You probably can find a “free” site to obtain the pictures oif the saints, or call/email the Franciscan site, “American Catholic” and ask permission to copy and print pictures from the “Saint for the Day”.

You could even become popular and maybe start a new trend/business…

Good luck!

I’m not too sure if this is what you are looking for but here is an older thread I started which offers free printable prayer cards.

How about St. Michael the Archangel, St. George the Dragon Slayer, St. Margaret of Antioch, St. Joan of Arc to name a few.

God bless,
