Looking for an article on Romans 9

Long ago, I was reading the blog of someone who posts (or posted) here regularly, and ran across a splendid article on Romans 9, explaining that, in the context of the scriptural references Paul was making, it means quite the opposite of what many people naturally understand it to mean.

I vaguely thought it was from itsjustdave’s blog, but I can’t find it there.

Does anyone recall that article and perhaps have it bookmarked?
