I was wondering if there is any book with commentary that is easy to read on Summa Theologiae?

You might want to check out Walter Farrell’s A Companion to the Summa. It is written for beginners, and is useful for advanced students of the Summa, as well. I believe one can still buy it from used book sellers. The entire book is online, too, at a number of sites. Here is one link: A Companion to the Summa
