i wouldn’t be surprised if looting did happen after the blast, some people have no moral compass what so ever, they will exploit disaster at any turn. From people claiming to be a finanical relief fund asking for donations for those hit by a hurricane or tornadoe , i remember after 9/11 orgs coming under fire and individuals for taking donations to help those hurt an killed on that day and using the money for something else altogether …
So far I have heard only one loose report on the subject an i kinda doubt real looting took place least on a big scale one might imagine. But here in Fl after a hurricane hits our beaches are shut down here on the panhandle, for exactly the reason of preventing looting, an residents who live on the beach each time this happens get in an uproar like it is something new that they have never been through before and don’t understand why they have to wait for roads to be cleared or why they cant access their destroyed home/ property the day after…
