Los Angeles NPR Station Promotes Anti-Catholic Scandal Movie

I listen to “All Things Considered” on National Public Radio when driving to the office every morning. This week, KCRW, the L.A. affiliate for federally-funded NPR has been heavily promoting “Deliver Us From Evil”, the documentary movie about the US Church scandal with pedophilia. These promos are effectively commercials, paid for by “donations”. What I find objectionable is the inflammatory anti-Catholic language used. Typical for this anti-religious LA affliliate of NPR, though. Your tax dollars at work!
 
I was under the impression tha NPR, like PBS is not supported by tax funds.
