Lost both of my grandma's within months of each other

My maternal grandma died in march and my paternal grandma died today. Both were unexpected. I am heartbroken about both. I feel numb and as weird as this sound, i can’t cry, it’s almost like it isn’t real or my body is denying itm I want to cry, the grief is strong, but it’s like I’m pushing it away. I don’t understand it. I love them both so much, I can’t believe they’re both gone. None of my grandparents are left. I’m so sad.

I recommend you do some reading on the five stages of grief. It might help you understand better your emotions and what you are going through with these losses. You can likely find one at the library, or just google online “five stages of grief” or “grieving process”. Also if you think it would help, there are often “bereavement groups” sponsored by churches to help people deal with significant deaths. God bless you during this difficult time.

Condolences. Talk to your parish priest for some grief counselling…
