LOTH reading office two year cycle

Does anybody have the complete index of the two year cycle of Bible readings for the reading office of the LOTH? In my diocese, only they one year cycle readings have been published. In the general instruction for the LOTH, it is mentioned briefly which books are read when in the two year cycle, but I would like to know the exact passages for every day.

The two-year OOR cycle is at the back of the one-volume Christian Prayer, both the CBPC and DSP editions. In the CBPC Christian Prayer, you can find it on page 2064.
 
Are the readings for the one-year cycle the same as one of the years of the two-year cycle, or a combination of both? Is the listing of the readings to be found anywhere on the Internet? It is not very likely that I would order an English edition of the LOTH (I speak Swedish) just to get to know what the readings are.

No, the one-year cycle is different.
