If we could only just avoid processed food-like substances and saturated fat. It is not just about losing weight but heart healthy also.

I count calories.
That works consistently for me to maintain my weight.
Doctors and nutritionists change their minds too much.

If I cut out all the sugar and all the refined flour from my diet, and drink only water and no other drinks (no coffee, no diet soda, no unsweetened ice tea, no milk, no juice), I lose weight.
I also get splitting headaches, fatigue, anxiety, and have to go to the bathroom twice as many times per day.
I still do it anyway sometimes but it’s not fun. If I truly wanted to lose a lot of weight, I’d have to keep that up for months and probably exercise an hour a day on top of it.
Nothing else works.

I tried that one year ,no sugar, just stevia,no processed food,no wheat and as i was also running it was amazing how quickly I lost weight.
Just cutting out sugar alone made a huge difference…natural sugars in fruits was enough as cravings settled down.
