Lust vs Attraction

You are doing good for the fact that you understand there is something called lust and it is better to be avoided. At your age, a long time ago, I knew, but I didn’t care. Try to be at peace, Jesus knows your heart.
 
I can’t offer you any advice because I struggle with thinking attraction is sinful. When I was your age and all through high school I struggled with thinking talking to girls was sinful so I’m very lost on this question. I can pray for you though
