I just want to share you about this movie from the year 2005.
I first watched it in our retreat while our retreat master was hearing confessions at the back.
It was about a newly-ordained deacon Christopher Santos Jr. who faced issues like a generous donator to the Church but demanding, his ex girlfriend who is facing problems (blaming him for it because of continuing to priesthood) and a man who is in the death row.
I learned in this movie that it is hard to serve God but we must still continue and not give up. There are many times that the protagonist of the movie can give up on his vocation but still go on until he became a priest.
The movie is available in Youtube for free but you might want to have subtitles or someone to translate it for you. (It’s in Filipino/Tagalog)
