The main character, a police Captain, is Catholic. The Church has not been portrayed very well but at least her relationship with her pastor and her struggle with moral dilemmas related to her work have been worthwhile. Last night she realized that she has a serious heart dysfunction and requested the sacraments of Reconciliation, Communion and Anointing. I thought it was well done and showed those who might be unaware just how powerful the Sacraments can be.
