Before Our Lord left this earth, he gave the keys of heaven to the church. Does this means that the church can make judgment on a person, to determine if he is in heaven and declare him a saint ? Is it not GOD and only GOD can judge us ??
Yes, the Church can do this and has been for centuries
“Whatsover you bind on earth will be bound in Heaven. Whatsoever you loose on earth shall be loosed in Heaven.”
And another scripture comes to mind :“Know ye not ye shall judge the angels?”:angel1::angel1::angel1:
