Male Counterpart to St. Maria Goretti?

July 6th is the memorial of St. Maria Goretti who died a martyr to preserve her virginity. Is there a male saint who did the same? If so, do you have any info on him?

that’s an interesting question. i always think of virgins and women, but i guess a lot of times i forget about the fact that it’s a sacrifice for men, too to be virgins.
