Man and woman and Christ and the Church

Can someone explain to me how the relationship between man and woman is supposed to be? I know man is the head of the woman as Christ is the head of the church. What’s that mean exactly? Is all love really the holy spirit? I know GOd is love. But within the persons holy spirit is the love that is it’s own entity. The love between the father and son.
