Maniple and biretta?

Can the maniple and biretta be worn in the ordinary form?
 
Would it be possible for supporters of the ordinary form to routinely wear birettas in everyday life to identify themselves? Or is it restricted to clergy?
 
The Biretta is reserved for the clergy (and possibly to seminarians).

They may be worn by the priest during the Novus Ordo, yes.
