I’m still waiting for my petition to go to judgement ,presently it is sitting with the defender of the bond …
What is the most likely thing to happen now
with social distancing happening here on Australia regarding my petition ?
What if (heaven forbid) members of the tribunal
become ill and possibly pass on ?
When I enquired about the stage it was at last
September I was informed there had been some mistake about the case names on the office,I have no idea if this set it back in time.
Please pray that I learn if my marriage was valid or not 🙏

Not something I know anything about, but hope all goes well.

Hopefully, it hasn’t been at that point since last September…?!

Social distancing is one thing. Total shutdown is another. In many places, offices are totally closed. Some tribunals have the ability to have personnel work from home but that only goes so far. We depend on physical mail and if we can’t receive and/or send mail, that basically suspends everything. So, for your case, it depends on what is happening at that tribunal. Maybe they are still functioning (whatever that might mean, practically).

New people will have to be appointed. That, itself, wouldn’t take long. The bigger challenge is finding qualified people to appoint.

Thanks for your reply 🙂
Last September it was in queue waiting for judgement.
The postal service is still running here at present.
God bless.
