Allah revealed That a man may have four wives, that is polygamy. But Jesus tells us polygamy was not ordered by God in the beginning, monogamy was the original order of marriage.

Jesus says"Have you not read that the Creator(God), from the beginning made them male and female(one man and one wife) and said ‘For these reason a man will leave his father and mother and cleave to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh.Therefore now they no longer two but one flesh. what God has join together let no man put asunder’.They said to Jesus ’ why did moses command to give a written notice of dismissal to put her away?’ . Jesus replied ’ because of the hardness of your heart BUT IT WAS NOT FROM THE BEGINNING.’"(Matthew)

THERFORE Allah cannot be the God of Jesus neither Jesus was the prophet of Allah. Allah is very different from the God(YHWH) of Israel and of Jesus. While YHWH ordered marriage to be monogamous Allah ordered the contrary , polygamy.

Note. jews are momogamous although they recognized divorce.

It is quite possible that Allah is the one true God, although humans who believe they have recorded his commands have mistaken the message.

This is why we stay true to Catholicism, the one True Faith. In Catholicism we are assured of finding the fullness of the truth without error, if we look to the truth as defined and defended by the Magesterium.

So Moses (PBUH) is still an inspired prophet of God, though he ordered something in contravention to His Word, while Muhammad (PBUH) isn’t…for the same reason? I don’t know about you, but I can’t tolerate the the stench of hypocrisy.

Maybe the fact that Catholics marry one woman and Muslims are allowed (although I persoanlly have ever met a man with more than one wife) to marry more is just one of the differences in the beliefs of the two faiths.
